The Homes at Vernon Center is a sensibly priced alternative to many of the area's 55+ communities. Designed to make the most of a modest sized home, loaded with options found in much more expensive units, and priced at an affordable level, our homes provide a gracious feel at a price you can afford. All of our homes revolve around the same two bedroom, one and a half bathroom floor plan but many have been customized to include cathedral ceilings, lofts and full second bathrooms. Many are available with walkout basements and all have either a one or two car garage.
